DocuLeads.com Dispute Policy
As stated in our mission, DocuLead's goal is to deliver an arena where high quality Lead Sellers are rewarded for providing the genuine sales opportunities our Lead Seekers are willing to pay for. The plentiful supply of quality leads and willing buyers will hinge on the honest, fair participation of both parties; a true "win - win" situation. To that end, we allow Lead Seekers 4 days to dispute a lead, with 4 additional days for a Lead Seller response. If a Lead Seeker purchases (or rents) a lead that fails to reach the quality or match the circumstances that was represented by the Lead Seller, they may initiate a dispute through our electronic form, requesting additional (or corrected information) from the Lead Seller. If the Lead Seeker fails to initiate a dispute within 4 days, they forfeit the opportunity to dispute the lead, and the purchase price for that particular lead WILL NOT be credited. If the Lead Seller fails to respond to a dispute within 4 days, the Lead Seeker will receive a full credit to their DocuLeads account balance and the Seller will receive NO COMPENSATION. If the Seller response still fails to qualify the lead to the Seeker's satisfaction, the Seeker may initiate a credit request within 4 days of the unsatisfactory response. Lead Seekers may receive a credit on up to 3 leads with virtually no questions asked. If the number of leads disputed & credited by any Lead Seeker exceeds the 3 lead maximum, refunds will become subject to our review, investigation and approval. In the event that we determine a legitimate sales opportunity existed, no refund will be authorized. In the event that we determine a legitimate sales opportunity was non-existent the cost of the lead in dispute will be immediately credited. DocuLead's reserves the right to remove all rights of dispute and/or rights of posting leads should we determine that, in our judgment, a particular Lead Seeker or Lead Seller is abusing the service. At that point, the Lead Seeker may still be allowed to buy leads "at his own risk", but the Lead Seller will have his ability to sell leads suspended.
The factors we will consider during our investigation include but are not limited to:
LEAD CRITERIA: did the lead criteria accurately reflect territory, time frame, and product line?
CONTACT INFO: was the contact information accurate and complete?
LEAD DETAILS: were the lead details specific, valuable and relevant?
DUPLICATE LEAD: Was this a duplicate lead? This may occur when a different Lead Seller enters a lead that has already been posted to the database.
INCORRECT INFORMATION: the Lead Seller gave incorrect information which would cause a prospect to be unqualified.
NOT A VIABLE LEAD: everything about the lead was accurate, but the Lead Seller never qualified the legitimacy of the opportunity before the information was sold.
