Where do the leads come from?

Leads are produced by Independent Lead Generators (our Lead Sellers). These individuals locate sales opportunities; selling the information through this forum to participating Office Technology Suppliers (our Lead Seekers). Sometimes leads are posted by the actual prospects themselves. More often, a third party is presenting an opportunity they happen to know about (a friend or acquaintance is "in the market"). Finally, many of the leads are derived from the telemarketing efforts of active Lead Sellers.

What price are the leads?

Prices are dictated by the size of the opportunity and whether the lead is purchased or rented. Purchased leads are immediately removed from the public marketplace (making them exclusive), Rented leads are non-exclusive and remain available for other Lead Seekers to rent or purchase.

Where do I find leads & how are they delivered?

Registered Lead Seekers can search for leads by zip code or county from their member home page. In addition, DocuLeads perpetually matches new lead entries to the qualifying criteria entered at registration; automatically notifying Lead Seekers via email every time a new opportunity is available.

Can I view leads prior to purchase?

Yes, a lead preview presents enough general information for a Lead Seeker to determine if they would like to purchase or rent a lead. No Lead Seeker is ever forced to buy a lead they don't want.

How many other Lead Seekers receive the same lead?

Lead previews allow you to see if a lead has already been rented and, if so, how many times. With the lead preview information, a Lead Seeker may decide whether it makes more sense to purchase or rent the lead.

Can I use a credit card?

Yes, we use Paypal to provide safe and secure online credit card transactions.

What is your return policy?

We want our Lead Seekers to buy with confidence while our Lead Sellers are encouraged to "keep digging". This is accomplished through fair play, education, and our dispute policy. The bottom line is, lead quality will be guaranteed and Lead Seller efforts will not be exploited.

What is my risk?

NONE, your satisfaction is guaranteed.

How do I sign up?

How do I sell a lead?

Registered Lead Sellers will be able to post leads for sale from their member home page. A simple one page form allows you to enter and publish leads for review in minutes.

How much are commissions?

At least 50% - more in some cases.

How are commissions paid?

Commission credits are earned after a 4 day qualifying period. If the lead is not disputed by the member who bought it (within 4 days), a commission credit will be applied. Commission credits are deposited into your DocuLeads Balance in $100 increments. You can request a cash payout from your DocuLeads account balance anytime.

Can I keep my identity confidential?

Absolutely. Your User ID is the only information made public on DocuLeads. We do not allow Lead Seekers and Lead Sellers to communicate directly with one another under any circumstances.

What happens after I post my lead?

Newly posted leads are immediately placed in a "pending review" status. Sometimes leads are returned with a request for more information, but most often they are processed within a few hours to become "active".

What is an "active lead"?

When it is determined that a lead meets our high quality standards, an email notification is sent to every Lead Seeker who has registered to monitor a specific geographic territory for the lead type posted. The lead remains active until it is purchased or becomes stale.

How long will my lead be active?

Until it is sold or becomes outdated. Leads become stale based on the buying time frame entered in the lead posting. For example: a lead that projects a buying time frame within 30 days will likely sell fast, if for some reason it does not, it will become outdated after 30 days and will be removed from DocuLeads.

Where can I find leads to sell?

Make friends with a copier repairman!!! But seriously, If you don't know anyone in the market for equipment, you can use our Online Prospecting Lists to target the territories and product lines of our most active Lead Seekers. You will be able to locate lead opportunities via telephone and convert prospects to leads with one mouse click!

What is your return policy?
